Rockin' Rich Lynch: SONG - Don't Take the Sixes

Written in the 80's long before the "Left Behind" series popularized the "End Times" this one was directly influenced by late night advertisements for Hal Lindsey's "Late Great Planet Earth" and the work of Herbert W. Armstrong. The composition started by asking the question, "what would the figure in Rev. 14:9 actually say?" We thought it over and decided a song would be involved. We hope this track strikes a chord with you. Please BUY THE TRACK through the following links as that will help us record many more songs in the future - thanks!

LYRICS (Words and Music by Rich Lynch)

Verse:
If you
reach inside
this symbol
of the way
I see things
You will lose
You will lose
everything
If you
reach inside
and take of
the numerous lot within
You can never be
ah, you will never
be forgiven, so

Chorus:
Don't Take, Don't Take, Don't Take
The Sixes
(No don't take the sixes)
No No No, No No No
Not, In This
Nocturnal Night
Don't Take, Don't Take, Don't Take
The Sixes
(No don't take the sixes)
Or You Will Lose
You Will Lose
Your Eternal Life

Verse:
If you're wondering why
this song ain't about
no fives or sevens
That's because
I've been thinking about
Your lives in heaven, so

Chorus:
Don't Take, Don't Take, Don't Take
The Sixes
(No don't take the sixes)
No No No, No No No
Not, In This
Nocturnal Night
Don't Take, Don't Take, Don't Take
The Sixes
(No don't take the sixes)
Or You Will Lose
You Will Lose
Your Eternal Life

Bridge:
See the light
See the light
So pure
It's there for everyone
That's for sure
Take the sixes
and slam the door
The light won't shine
for you no more

Chorus:
Don't Take, Don't Take, Don't Take
The Sixes
(No don't take the sixes)
No No No, No No No
Not, In This
Nocturnal Night
Don't Take, Don't Take, Don't Take
The Sixes
(No don't take the sixes)
Or You Will Lose
You Will Lose
Your Eternal Life
