Rockin' Rich Lynch: SONG - Middle Of The Night/Nuclear Slingshot

So, I had two incomplete songs. One about opposites and the idea of alternate realities. The other about the scary thought of nuclear terrorism via a modern telling of a David versus Goliath type story. The result was this demo track that never quite made it to final. We hope this track strikes a chord with you. Please BUY THE TRACK through the following links as that will help us record many more songs in the future - thanks!

LYRICS (Words and Music by Rich Lynch)

I had a conversation now
Just the other day
I was so surprised
What that man did say
He said "You ever think about things
In a different light?"
How the someone else's day
Is someone else's night

And the middle of the night...
Is someone else's day

Someone else's darkness
is someone else's light
Someone else's vision
Is someone's lack of sight
Another person's daydream
Is another person's curse
And someone else's bad
Could have been much worse

When the middle of the night...
Is someone else's day

Hey what you got
there baby
An answer to the new world
crisis, maybe?
We're tired of dealing with their
deception
Bet they'll be reeling
When they make the reception

Of our nuclear slingshot
slingshot
yeah!

We don't like your
Political movement
This place could use
A little improvement
This head of state
Wants me to call him master
We'll eradicate
With a little disaster

From our nuclear slingshot
slingshot
yeah!

Let's take down the power
Before we get older
Global warming
Has made me colder
Allah's rocket
is on my shoulder
Beauty is in the
Eye of the holder

Of our nuclear slingshot
slingshot
yeah!

I had a conversation now
Just the other day
I was so surprised
What that man did say
He said "You ever think of things
In a different light?"
How the someone else's day
Is someone else's night

And the middle of the night...
Is someone else's day
